Many of our associates are experienced, professional career advisers and coaches, qualified with the Diploma in Careers Guidance (DipCG) or the
Diploma in Educational Guidance.
We deal with all aspects of career and personal development from the career finding of teenagers, to the career changing of adults and moving into retirement.
Members of the team are accredited psychometric testers, to the British Psychological Society's Levels A & B, and are able to offer a suite of Saville and Holdsworth's occupational tests, including the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), and the Morrisby Profile.
How we do it:
Run assessment centres for managerial recruits
Careers coaching for management and staff
Personal development coaching for management and staff
Skills coaching
Undertake psychometric testing to:
• Assist an employer to decide on the best recruit by establishing,
for example, candidates' ability to do the job, personal qualities,
motivation, compatibility with possible work environments
• Assist with training and development requirements, for example,
by looking at strengths and weaknesses for future progression
• Establish "team type" - to build successful teams
Test abilities - verbal, numerical, spatial, mechanical and analytical
Financial advice, including pensions.
Psychometric tests may be undertaken either individually or in groups.
The length of time which these may take is governed by the number of aspects being tested and the type of test chosen. We work with you to understand your requirements exactly and to choose the most appropriate test(s).
